These terms and conditions govern the use of the website and purchases made in the Kemu BOX online store. By placing an order, the user unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions.

1. Identification of the parties

  • Buyer/User: natural or legal person who makes a purchase through the online store.

2. Scope of application

The products offered on www.kemubox.com are currently available only for delivery in Spain. Kemu BOX reserves the right to expand or modify this geographical scope.

3. Products and prices

  • All products are described with their essential characteristics.
  • Prices include VAT, but do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • The owner reserves the right to modify prices and descriptions without prior notice.

4. Purchase process

  1. The user selects the desired products.
  2. They are added to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. The customer will receive an order confirmation email.
  4. Once payment has been verified, the shipment will be processed.

5. Payment methods

The payment methods indicated on the website at the time of purchase are accepted, including secure gateways to ensure the protection of the buyer’s data.

6. Shipping and delivery times

  • Shipments are made through the company Mail Boxes.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation.

7. Verification of the order upon receipt

It is essential that the user checks the goods upon delivery.

Any incidents (breakages, missing items, damaged packaging, etc.) must be noted in writing on the delivery note.

Only if notified in this way can a claim be made to the transport company. Otherwise, Kemu BOX will not be liable for any damage.

8. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the user or a third party indicated by the user, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement by email to:

Conditions:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
  • The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Kemu BOX reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Product returns will not be accepted:

  • They have been used, opened, tampered with or damaged.
  • They are not in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

10. Damaged or defective products

If your order has arrived in poor condition or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by email at info@kemubox.com.

We will review your case and, if appropriate, send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Claims made after the specified time period or without reasonable justification will not be accepted.

11. Warranty and liability

In accordance with Spanish law, all products sold are covered by a two-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

Kemu BOX is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product or failure by the customer to comply with the storage conditions indicated.

12. Industrial and intellectual property

The products marketed by Kemu BOX, especially the challenge and surprise games, are legally protected under Utility Model Registration ES1316577, in accordance with Spanish industrial property regulations.

Their reproduction, distribution or any unauthorised use is prohibited. Any infringement will be prosecuted.
