What is Kemu BOX?
This is an original, reusable game that combines the spirit of a piñata with challenges and surprises. Ideal for all kinds of celebrations! Birthdays, weddings, corporate events or just for having fun with family or friends.
What models are available?
We have different models adapted to ages, tastes and types of event (children’s, sports, elegant, etc.). You can also opt for the Kemu Maker model, which is fully customisable.
Materials and sustainability
Kemu BOX is made of sturdy cardboard, without plastics, and designed for long-term use. Its commitment to sustainable materials means it can be reused as many times as desired, provided it is kept in good condition.
What does each KEMU BOX include?
Includes a box with 15 cavities, 2 perforated trays, 12 replacement sheets, glue, 15 pre-designed challenges,
15 blank cards and a bag to store them.
*Gifts are not included: personalise your experience by filling each cavity as you wish.

How is it assembled?
Follow the 5 steps in the manual provided or on our website. It’s quick and easy.
Is it easy to store after use?
Yes. Kemu BOX is completely foldable and can be conveniently stored in its own box, ready for reuse on future occasions.
What kind of gifts or challenges can I include?
You can fill the cavities with sweets, small gifts, surprise messages or cards with fun challenges. You can also include cards with clues to find a larger gift.
Tip: If you are placing very small items (such as stickers, pieces of paper, etc.), it is advisable to put them in a small bag to prevent them from moving around between compartments.
How many times can it be reused?
As many as you want. You just need to replace the perforated sheet of paper with a new one. You can also purchase refills on our website.
Can I use it with more than 15 people?
Yes. It includes two trays, so it allows for up to 30 hits. And if you need more, you can purchase additional trays and sheets.

What is the delivery time?
The usual delivery time is 3 to 5 working days in Spain. For other areas, please check the terms and conditions in the Shipping and Returns section.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order has arrived in poor condition or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@kemubox.com.
We will review your case and, if appropriate, send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Claims made after the specified time period or without reasonable justification will not be accepted.
Can I return my order?
We know that sometimes things can change. If you wish to return any of our products, we make it easy for you:
• You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with European regulations on online sales.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
• To initiate a return, please write to us at info@kemubox.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
• Once we receive and review the product, we will refund the corresponding amount (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Safety and recommended age
What age is it recommended for?
Ages 3 and up. Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts. Use under adult supervision.
